Im QPR & CPR Certified as well as Completed a Nuero-Lingustics Programming & Life Coaching course. I served as a Peer Support Coach with iPrevail health for 6 years. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder in 2013 and after struggling with Self Harm and being referred to an Intensive Outpatient Program in 2019 was further diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder with traits of Depression. I wrote and self published 2 books, "Fearless Over Failure" and "Ref Axl Fox: The Other Side Of The Barricade." I play Softball in a Church leauge where I play Catcher.
