I believe that overcoming obstacles is possible, no matter where one is starting from. My philosophy is rooted in the conviction that healing is a continuous process supported by personal growth and individual agency. Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I know that while the road can be difficult, we have the capacity to reclaim our lives. I advocate for the power of the "circle" because I believe that through shared empathy and creative self-care, we can all strengthen our mental health and rediscover our inherent strength.
