(They/them)
I’m an autistic, nonbinary person with lived experience of mental health recovery, burnout, and rebuilding a meaningful life. I’m currently studying interreligious studies and chaplaincy, and I’m preparing to complete peer support specialist training in September. Buddhist practice, recovery communities, and genuine human connection have all been important parts of my journey.

What I Hope to Share
I hope to bring empathy, thoughtful listening, encouragement, and respect for different identities and beliefs. I’d also like to learn from others, strengthen my group facilitation skills, and become more involved in supportive community spaces as I prepare for peer support training in Indiana
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I joined ShareWell because I value spaces where people can connect through shared lived experience and feel less alone. I’m interested in peer support, recovery, neurodivergence, spirituality, and emotional wellness.
