Jinny
(She/her/hers)
I'm an AuDHD adult navigating life, marriage, and mental illness with honestly and self-awareness. I spent many years trying to fit into systems that weren't built for my brain, which led to burnout, job loss, and a lot of self doubt. Getting the right diagnoses later in life helped me reframe my experiences with more compassion. These days, I focus on stability, meaningful connection, and learning to live at my own pace. I value kindness, empathy, authenticity, direct communication, and spaces where people don't have to mask or explain themselves to be accepted.

What I Hope to Share
I hope to contribute empathy, thoughtful listening, and lived experience as an AuDHD adult navigating mental illness and life transitions. I'm someone who takes peer support seriously and values mutual respect and emotional safety. What I hope to gain is connection, shared understanding, and continued growth-learning from others while also offering support when I can. I'm especially interested in building community with people who value honesty, neurodivergence, and compassion.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I joined ShareWell because Iwas looking for a structured, peer-led support space where people actually understand lived experience-not just theory. Traditional systems haven't always worked for me, and I wanted something that felt more human, flexible, and validating. I was drawn to ShareWell because it centers peer support, lived experience, and real connection rather than judgment or fixing.
