(She/her)

I’m currently navigating recovery from a long-running EEOC sexual harassment case (over 4.5 years), along with experiences of DV, narcissistic abuse, family estrangement, and FSA. I’ve been diagnosed with ADHD, Bipolar, and cPTSD, and haven’t been able to return to work for the past few years due to the impact of my mental health, along with several invisible chronic health conditions including neuropathy, severe cervical spinal stenosis, and GI issues like dysphagia and jackhammer esophagus. I’m also preparing for an upcoming disability appeal hearing. Right now, I’m trying to rediscover my sense of purpose outside of being tied to legal processes, medical systems, and survival mode. I’m slowly finding my way back to the parts of myself that feel more creative, expressive, and a little more like me again. I love my dog, Mr. Butler—he’s been a constant source of comfort through everything.

What I Hope to Share

I hope to contribute honesty, empathy, and real-life perspective from everything I’ve been navigating, while also learning from others who are walking their own paths. I’m looking for a space where I can continue rebuilding—finding connection, support, and moments of clarity as I work toward healing and rediscovering who I am outside of everything I’ve been through. I’m especially interested in exploring nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and creative outlets like writing or art—as well as continuing to connect with different parts of myself through that process. I’m hoping to find small ways to spark joy and a sense of fulfillment, even within the limitations I’m navigating right now. And maybe even reconnecting with my creative side along the way.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

I started looking for free support groups after my weekly DBT group therapy was permanently closed. I realized I still need a consistent space outside of individual therapy to process trauma and stay supported. I’m open to exploring different approaches and finding additional tools that can support my healing, especially with cPTSD and the day-to-day challenges that come with it.
