Michelle Haughton
(She/Her)
I’m Michelle Haughton, a trauma-informed life coach, author, and community builder. My story begins with the tragic loss of my father before I turned one. Growing up with that pain shaped my understanding of grief and unprocessed trauma, but it also led me to discover the power of healing. Through my own journey, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about forgetting the past — it’s about transforming it into strength and purpose. Now, I help others release their pain, process their trauma, and create lives filled with peace, clarity, and abundance.
Providing Support For
What I Hope to Share
I hope to provide a safe, supportive space where people feel heard, validated, and empowered to heal. My goal is to bring compassion, understanding, and practical tools that help others move through pain and into peace, clarity, and growth.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
The first time someone told me, “You are right for feeling the anger and pain,” I felt truly validated for the first time in my life. That moment sparked the beginning of my healing journey. Having a space where I could share my feelings without judgment—only support—changed everything for me. It inspired me to create that same kind of space for others, where people feel heard, supported, and validated. I’m grateful to be part of ShareWell, where everyone can speak, connect, and heal together.
Host Reviews
"What a group! Michelle had poignant questions that really got us thinking and engaged. I'll be back."
"Michelle is knowledgeable and compassionate, and this session felt structured enough to get a lot done while also being discussion-centered. She's such a kind human, one of those people where you can just tell the love and good intention at the center of what they do. I got a lot from this session and I'm glad I got a chance to attend!"
"I truly enjoyed this session. This was my first time in this group, and the host was very professional and authentic. The questions were very interesting and thought provoking. Everyone had a good amount of time to share. I will be back to this group again. "
