I'm 37, Jewish, no kids, living with my soulmate and trying to navigate life in sobriety. I've struggled with alcohol addiction for over 18 years. I admitted myself to an intensive inpatient treatment program at which I stayed for over 1 year. Now, I am enjoying sobriety and life's little blessings, savoring the moments and feeling love and gratitude on the deepest level.
What I Hope to Share
I hope to contribute my own life experiences and things I've learned through life and therapy to help, be compassionate, and just generally be there for someone else. I hope to gain deeper insights to what's going on in my own life and relationship, career, etc, and my self-attunement, such as self-care topics.
