I hope to bring my magic to ShareWell in the most authentic way possible, with a little creativity, a lot of heart, and just enough sass to keep things interesting. In return, I hope to discover that all the twists, turns, and hard-won wisdom of my story can become something bigger than me, reaching someone at just the right moment and reminding them that their own story can be rewritten too. 🖤

What brought me to ShareWell was a quiet but undeniable calling to create spaces where healing does not feel distant or clinical, but alive, human, and gently transformative. I felt drawn to meet people in the places where inner child work and deep emotional processing can feel heavy, and to soften that weight through presence, imagination, and connection so healing becomes something people can stay with rather than just endure. Drawing from lived experience, I offer peer support and guidance as both a spiritual coach and addiction medicine counselor, blending grounded support with an intuitive relational approach that helps people reconnect with themselves in real time. My group facilitation comes from an authentic creative fire that moves through me from a place of deep integration where all parts of the self are welcomed, held, and expressed in service of healing and re-connection. At the heart of it, my intention is simple: to help people feel safe enough to go inward and supported enough to keep going. To preserve the integrity of this space, every visualization, grounding meditation, and ritual workflow within this work has been carefully woven and crafted through my own original vision and creative practice.
