I’m ADHD plus I have a complicated family history a lot of emotional trauma and unresolved feelings and my grandmother that adopted me which I call my mom just passed away, so dealing with grief and depression and hit a low wound up in the psychiatric ward and today 2/19 diagnosed with bipolar. I’m a hot mess! I love to read knit I am learning to crochet. I also like to work out at the gym and do diamond art projects.
