Fausta
(She/Her)
(She/her) I am a friend, mentor, and lifelong learner—a dreamer and a crone, ever hopeful of growing into a wise woman. I believe life is a journey, and that choosing the path with heart leads to joy. I am a former psychotherapist turned dedicated mental. health coach, passionate about helping people develop emotional regulation, build resilience, and cultivate joy. For over 20 years, I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and worked as a licensed therapist specializing in trauma recovery. I am also a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. Now, as a mental health coach, I love helping people meet their own goals — reducing stress, building resilience, and adding joy to their lives. Coaching provides a powerful space for people to reconnect with their inner wisdom and gain the tools to move toward their goals with clarity and confidence. Beyond my work, I am a mother, grandmother, and life partner, living in a multi-generational home with all the joys and challenges it brings. Following my heart’s calling, I moved from Louisville, KY, to Savannah, GA, to be near the ocean—a life-long dream fulfilled.

What I Hope to Share
I hope to bring my expertise on trauma, especially collective trauma, self-care, community care, and building resilience. I look forward to learning from everybody else, whatever their expertise or lived experience. I think we all have mental and emotional health challenges and that we all need to help each other.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I came to ShareWell in search of community during the pandemic. We were all being affected by collective trauma - trauma that happens to a group of people, like the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the struggle for racial justice, and more. I believe that we need community as part of that healing process. I love the way ShareWell connects people and am excited about being here. I was delighted to have the opportunity to serve as a Pro Host and teach some of the practices that have been most. helpful for me and my clients over the years.
