I’m a dad, a dj, a talent acquisition professional, and an eternal learner of human behavior and healing. Like many people, I have firsthand experience with the impact of trauma, toxic relationship dynamics, codependency, abandonment wounds, and the long-term effects of narcissistic behaviors in both familial and broader relationship systems. My recovery journey has led me through therapy, support groups, self-reflection, and a commitment to breaking generational cycles. Today, I approach healing with honesty, accountability, compassion, and a willingness to continue growing.

What I Hope to Share
I hope to contribute a space where people can be honest about both the wounds they have suffered and the wounds they may have caused. A place where survivors of narcissistic abuse, individuals struggling with narcissistic traits, and anyone seeking deeper self-awareness can come together without shame, condemnation, or judgment. My own journey has taught me that healing requires far more than simply identifying toxic people or unhealthy relationships. It requires the courage to examine ourselves, challenge inherited beliefs, confront uncomfortable truths, and take responsibility for our own growth. Recovery has shown me that pain can either be passed on to the next generation or transformed into wisdom. I am committed to the latter. As I continued searching for answers, my path led me beyond psychology and recovery into deeper questions about truth, morality, human nature, and personal responsibility. Exploring concepts such as Natural Law, objective morality, and the Trivium helped me develop a framework for understanding not only how people become wounded, but also how genuine healing and character development can occur. While everyone’s journey is unique, these ideas played an important role in my own transformation and continue to shape how I approach recovery, relationships, and life itself. In return, I hope to continue learning from others, strengthening my own recovery, becoming a better father, friend, and leader, and helping build a community rooted in truth, accountability, compassion, and growth. My hope is that together we can break destructive cycles, cultivate genuine self-awareness, and create lives defined not by our trauma, but by the choices we make moving forward.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I came to ShareWell seeking connection with others who understand the challenges of recovering from narcissistic abuse, trauma bonding, codependency, emotional neglect, and complex relationship dynamics. Recovery can often feel isolating, and I wanted to be part of a community where people can share their experiences openly, support one another, and realize they are not alone. I also recognize that children raised by narcissistic parents or within dysfunctional family systems sometimes carry those wounds into adulthood in ways that affect their own relationships, behaviors, and sense of self. Some may struggle with codependency, while others may recognize narcissistic traits within themselves and genuinely want to change. I believe healing requires both compassion and accountability, and that growth becomes possible when we are willing to examine ourselves honestly without shame or judgment. I joined ShareWell because I believe healing happens most powerfully when we are witnessed, understood, and encouraged by others who have walked similar paths. Whether you are recovering from narcissistic abuse, questioning unhealthy patterns in your own life, or working to break generational cycles, you deserve a space where growth, self-awareness, and healing are possible.
