I’ve walked through deep trauma myself - from childhood experiences to the challenges of loving someone in addiction - and know firsthand how the body carries what the mind can’t process. My healing journey began when I stopped running from pain and started listening to my body. Through years of exploration, study, and trial and error, I discovered that real recovery happens slowly, through compassion, movement, breath, and balance. Today, I combine my background in psychology with holistic wellness practices to help others reconnect to their inner safety and strength.

What I Hope to Share
I hope to offer a grounded, compassionate space for others navigating trauma recovery. I want to share holistic tools that have helped me, from nervous system regulation to mindful self-care, so others can rebuild trust with themselves and their bodies.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I was drawn to a space where healing is communal, real, and free of judgment. After navigating my own recovery journey mostly alone, I wanted to be part of a community that values connection, vulnerability, and growth. Healing is amplified when we witness and support each other.
