Over the last seven years, I’ve done deep work on my mental, physical, and emotional health. I’ve come to understand my CPTSD from childhood trauma and realized that the depression and anxiety that followed me for years were rooted in things I was too afraid to speak about.
I was fortunate to be guided by therapists, energy work, and spiritual practices that shifted the course of my life. Learning to process my past and regulate my nervous system inspired me to share tools and resources I wish I’d had earlier — ones that can save a lot of emotional distress.
Now, as an intuitive energy healer and trauma recovery coach, I help people release the past and reconnect with their soul-led lives. My goal is to guide as many individuals as possible toward lives that are healthy, fulfilling, and aligned with their true selves.
