After years of battling addiction and mental illness., I stumbled upon Peer Support, which marked the beginning of my genuine journey towards recovery. While working as a tech at a treatment center, I discovered Peer Support and felt an overwhelming urge to become a Peer Support Specialist. After five fulfilling years at the treatment center, I embarked on Peer Support Training and secured a position at Safe Harbor. In June 2024, I hosted my first session on Sharewell. In January 2026, I transitioned to offering 1:1 support. I eagerly anticipate meeting my new friends on Sharewell.

What I Hope to Share
In my journey of recovery from addiction and mental health challenges, I find motivation in assisting others to transition from darkness to light. Witnessing a Peer navigate self-directed recovery and evolve into their desired self is genuinely inspiring.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I worked as a Peer Support at a hospital diversion and warm line. Drawing on my diverse lived experience to support my peers, I equally believe your reality is why we are here. I like the flexibility of virtual Peer Support. I am excited to be part of the community. I am excited to meet my new peers who need some 1:1 time or join one of my group sessions.
