(She/Her)
I grew up with creative parents, both artists and musicians. Pursuit of passions, and quality time together was the most important. Having a family of my own, I started to notice that routines, consistency, follow through were things I struggled with. I always called it my “artist brain” then my “mom brain”, when it reality, my brain is just wired a little different! After my first son was diagnosed with ADHD, I started my own journey, later being diagnosed myself. I love to learn! Which has helped me adapt and learn how to function even through challenges. I have four children, all who are also neurodivergent. I have experience now with autism, adhd, depression, and anxiety. I have worked in social work in supportive family development, and am currently serving as a Pastor part-time working in community development, and have just started grad school.

What I Hope to Share
I am hoping to share and receive reciprocal support and encouragement!
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I have moved to a new province, and have not been able to maintain long distance friendships easily. I’ve lost my support network that I had built (twice), and I know what I need! I can have friends, but there is something special about sharing and supporting other like minded people.
