About this Group

In this session we will learn and share mindful practices that help to regulate your nervous system. Practices may include breatheork, vagus nerve toning, meditation, yoga, somatic work, acupressure points, affirmations, eft tapping and others. Several of the practices involve movement, so comfortable clothing and space to move can be helpful, but all practices can be adapted to seated positions or even done from your bed!
