About
Providing Support For
What I Hope to Share
Living with chronic illness+pain+PSMI = an ongoing balancing act, walking a tightrope that's exactly as long as the days of our lives. I want to meet you where you are, coming alongside you in non-judgemental support of your wellness - whatever that may look like - so you can be the person you want to be, and get through the darkest, most painful times with the assurance that someone (who Gets It)has your back.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I've been a mental health patient for 28 years and a chronic pain patient for 27, and understand the deeply isolating effect they carry all too well. I wouldn't wish them on an enemy. At long last, I've found some semblance of stability that's serving me well right now. I'm excited to use this time to help others do the same.
