Jessi_Scotsman
Hi, I’m Jessi. I’ve been married to my husband for 22 years, and I’m a mom to two daughters BB (20) and ES (16). I’m part of a compassion cards ministry, where I send encouragement to people who may be feeling isolated or going through hard seasons. That work matters deeply to me. I live with autism and anxiety that can make leaving the house difficult at times. I’m also in a season of recovery and adjustment medically from detoxing from benzodiazepines, which has been a big part of my healing journey this past year. The main therapy I use is Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

About
Providing Support For
What I Hope to Share
On ShareWell, I’m hoping to gain encouragement, understanding, and gentle accountability as I work through my therapy journaling and navigate loneliness and anxiety. I’m also hoping to feel less alone in my daily life and to learn healthier ways to cope during difficult moments. In return, I want to contribute kindness, honesty, and encouragement to others. I have a heart for supporting people who feel isolated, and I try to show up with empathy, listening, and small acts of care.
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I joined ShareWell because I’m looking for encouragement as I work through my therapy journey, and I’m also learning how to sit with and move through loneliness in healthier ways. I’m hoping to grow, reflect, and feel more connected along the way.
