I’ve worked through emotional challenges as long as I can remember. I was Bulimic from when I was 16 until 30. When I got healthy I met and married my husband. For almost 30 years, I made excuses and learned how to cope until the “lightbulb” moment of realizing there is a name for it, and it’s called “Covert Narcissist” I have intentionally worked on trying to help myself to navigate my circumstance. I am living with great effort to try and heal and am unwilling to tolerate the emotional abuse as best as a strong minded, though human being can. Sharewell is a HUGE part of my journey to grow and heal with peers who understand. Chronic autoimmune illnesses make it a bit harder. I am resilient, and have inner strength that will regain who I truly am! I’m empathetic, intuitive, and find joy in being there for others. I truly believe this is one by of I purposes in life.
