I’m an Empath who spent years pouring into everyone else—especially in relationships where I was manipulated, unseen, and slowly disconnected from myself. I know what it feels like to love someone who only knew how to take. To question your reality. To shrink yourself just to keep the peace. And one day… you wake up and realize— you didn’t just lose the relationship… you lost yourself. That breaking point? It became my return. After 15+ years in communications, I chose a quieter, more intentional life—one rooted in healing, boundaries, and coming back to who I truly am. Because surviving narcissistic relationships doesn’t just leave you heartbroken— it leaves you confused, exhausted, and rebuilding your sense of self from the ground up. Nature reminded me of what I had forgotten: real healing doesn’t rush. It unfolds slowly… with patience, truth, and gentleness. As a solo mom, I raised my children without support—from partners, family, or community. And if you’ve lived through narcissistic dynamics… you know: The strength it takes to leave. The guilt that follows. The loneliness no one talks about. And the quiet question that lingers— when do I get to matter too? That’s why I created this space. Inside my Share Well peer support group, this is where women who have experienced narcissistic relationships come to exhale. This space is for the woman who is: • Healing from emotional manipulation and gas lighting • Tired of over giving just to feel valued • Rebuilding her identity after losing herself • Ready to feel safe in her own body and choices again Here, you don’t have to explain your story to be understood. You don’t have to prove what you went through. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore. This is a sisterhood space to connect, process, heal, and rebuild—together. A place where you are believed. Supported. And slowly, gently… reconnected to yourself. Because you were never too sensitive. You were navigating something deeply invalidating. And now… it’s time to come back home to you. When I’m not holding space, you’ll find me dancing, walking in nature, sitting by the water, or reading something that nourishes my soul—living the very life I now help other women reclaim. If you’re ready for healing that feels safe… connection that feels real… and a space where you can finally just be… you belong here.

What I Hope to Share

I hope to contribute a nurturing and empowering space rooted in lived experience, where women healing from narcissistic relationships can reclaim their voice, rebuild trust in themselves, and grow at their own pace.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

What brought me to Share Well is the sense of an engaging community—people coming together to share stories and lived experiences that uplift one another, offer guidance, and, most importantly, remind us that we are not alone. In a changing world where isolation is becoming more common than connection, spaces like this matter more than ever.
