I am a childhood cancer survivor, have multiple chronic illnesses (physical and mental), have a lot of childhood trauma and am unfortunately living in that same toxic environment for the time being. I love my 2 cats, I like to crochet, I am learning 2 languages, reading so many books, and I'm crafting my own colorful bullet journal this year.

What I Hope to Share

I found a session on emotional regulation listed on MeetUp, which brought me here to ShareWell. I enjoyed support groups so much that I started my own, in order to give back some of the information I've gathered on planning, goal-setting, and prioritization.
