About

What I Hope to Share

I hope to build community and make connections with others people. My goal is to continue to grow as a person and learn new things in a supporting a low pressure environment. I also hope to be able to help others in their own self care journeys.

What Brought Me to ShareWell

In the last few years I've started accessing online peer support for my eating disorder and have found them incredibly helpful not just for recovery but also provided a sense of community and made me feel less alone.
