For our next group on 05/12, we are going to create a comfort menu (a list of safe/comforting things for hard days). Supplies: Pen or pencil and paper. (Optional: colored pencils, crayons, markers, paint, and stickers) Think of this as a soft little corner of the internet where we slow down, get a bit nostalgic, and reconnect with the parts of us that still love play, comfort, and imagination. 🧸 This is not a heavy processing group, just a soft space to pause, breathe, connect, and check in with yourself in a kind way. Each session will include simple prompts, optional sharing, and space to journal, doodle, or just listen. There’s no pressure to talk or go deep. We might explore things like: * Childhood memories that feel warm or comforting * Play, imagination, and creativity * Safe spaces and self-soothing * Small ways to bring more joy into everyday life You’re welcome exactly as you are— quiet, thoughtful, playful, or just needing a softness.
