DrSarahCummins
As an integrative health practitioner and researcher with a PhD in psychology, I'm endlessly curious about how each person's unique experiences, feelings, and perceptions shape their identity and how they show up in the present moment. My focus is on encouraging, educating, and empowering people to thrive in life while living with chronic conditions by addressing the root causes of their symptoms and using complementary self-care therapies to self-manage their conditions. Endometriosis is my expertise, as I wrote my doctoral dissertation on endo and I was diagnosed with endo in 2018 after 11+ yrs of seeking a diagnosis for my symptoms. I was also diagnosed with ADHD in 2025 and autism is 2026, and I have PMDD. My desire is to spread awareness of these conditions and the ways they affect our overall health to help people feel empowered to use individualized strategies that positively impact their well-being. What I Hope to Share
I've gained so much from the sessions attended so far and continually look forward to the next sessions, seeing familiar and new faces each week, gaining a deeper understanding of what each host brings to the session, feeling connected to others in an authentic way to give and receive support, showing up as I am and encouraging others to do the same. This incredible neurodivergent support groups here are why I realized I'm AuDHD, and that validation changed my life for the better. I'm grateful for the hosts and peers who have impacted me in profound ways already, and look forward to contributing in meaningful ways both as a peer attendee and host!
What Brought Me to ShareWell
I discovered ShareWell via a Pro Host who also leads in-person workshops and coaches individuals on becoming the professionals they dream of being. I was drawn to the concept of being in a community with others seeking psychological support in a group format. I love the structure of ShareWell and the diverse topics of sessions.
