my name is Lisa and I live in New York State. I’m a very lucky mother of a teenage son who has the heart of an angel. Music and the ocean are my spirit and guidance to being truly happy. I have been diagnosed with CPTSD. anxiety, and BPD, but they do not define who I am and what I am capable of. I really enjoy listening to and helping each other. I am just another empath on my way towards recovery and true happiness.
