Evening Wind Down Body Doubling
Wed, Oct 01 | 8:00PM - 9:30PM UTC
This is a body doubling session for quiet end-of-day focus — not a peer support group.
Sometimes the hardest part of the day is winding it down. This session creates a calm, supportive space to gently move through personal tasks, tidy up, or prepare for rest. We’ll show up together, set light intentions, and quietly close out the day side by side. Conversation will be minimal, keeping the tone soothing and restful.
Session Format:
- Optional introductions & light goal-setting (no pressure to share)
- Choose any evening task: tidying, journaling, skincare, meal prep, stretching, or light admin
- Quiet work time with soft, companionable presence (little to no chatter)
- End with a gentle check-in to share progress or simply close the session with gratitude
I look forward to helping you wind down your day in peaceful company.

Why Peer Support Matters for Representation
Feeling unseen or unheard in the spaces you inhabit can erode self-worth. Whether it’s in media, workplaces, or communities, a lack of representation can lead to feelings of invisibility, frustration, and exclusion. Peer support groups centered around representation create space for individuals to be fully seen and celebrated. These sessions uplift diverse voices, foster solidarity, and offer affirmation that your story matters — and deserves to be heard.
