Body doubling helps you stay on track by creating structure, accountability, and a shared sense of presence while you work. In this session, we’ll show up, set our intentions, and quietly move through our daily tasks together. This isn’t about therapy or deep discussion — it’s about having company while you get things done. Light conversation is welcome, but the focus stays on our work. Session Format: - Optional introductions & intention-setting (introvert-friendly, no pressure to share) - Choose any task: work projects, emails, organizing, errands, admin, or self-care - Quiet work time alongside others (light & friendly chat is fine, but the main goal is progress) - End with a brief check-in to celebrate wins and close the session I look forward to helping you stay focused and accountable!
