Otherwise known as Wellness Wednesday, we are going to focus on midweek reflection. Checking in on ourselves and practicing some healthy wellness for our body and mind, physically, mentally and emotionally. Mid-week is a good time to reflect, reset and recharge. And we'll do that by getting a journal prompt or a motivational prompt, doing some deep breathing exercises to start us off, doing some different types of low-key exercise (maybe incorporate chair yoga...very simple) and ending with a short meditation. Let Humpday get you recharged for the rest of your week in a positive and healthy way. I know it's something that helps me tremendously, take a chance, maybe you could benefit from it as well. This is something you can do no matter if your sitting in a chair or lying in bed.
