Join a weekly heart-centered space dedicated to supporting you with midlife changes, so you can heal, transform, and determine who you REALLY want to be in the next stage of life. ♥️ Midlife can be a period of immense change and confusion. Physical, social, emotional, and spiritual shifts abound, leading to many questions. On one hand, the old ways often no longer resonate; on the other hand, it can be unclear what’s next or how to step into something new and completely unknown. Yet it can also be a time of extraordinary healing and transformation once you let go of what no longer serves and pursue new paths. What can feel like a “crisis” actually holds enormous potential for growth, fulfillment, and the opportunity to make a unique contribution to the world through the integration of past experiences and present wisdom. One thing’s for sure, though – no one should have to navigate the messiness of midlife alone. 👤 WHO EXACTLY IS THIS FOR? Not sure if you’re going through a midlife transformation? Here are some common signs for those between the mid-30s to mid-60s: ✔️ You feel disconnected from the people, places, and passions that once resonated ✔️ You feel empty, dead inside, or just not like the same person you used to be ✔️ You’re having difficulty adjusting to a major life change (divorce, empty nester, loss of a job or loved one, etc.) ✔️ You dwell in the land of achieving, planning, and helping others… only now you’re burnt out ✔️ You are having a hard time identifying or pursuing your (next) passion 🎯 WHAT ARE THE SESSION STRUCTURE AND GOALS? Each highly participatory session will include time for: guided meditation, individual reflection, authentic sharing, discussion, and information about the midlife transformational process. By the end of each session, you will be able to: ✨ Slow down so you can feel more present and grounded - helps to connect to your authentic self and clarify what you really want in life ✨ Take time to share and reflect on your midlife experiences - speaking authentically can help you clarify and internalize what you want ✨ Gain insight and perspective from others going through similar midlife experiences - our stories may be distinct, but the patterns are incredibly similar ✨ Create greater connection to others going through big midlife changes - you are definitely not alone in the messiness of midlife! ✨ Learn about the common characteristics and patterns of midlife - context can be immensely reassuring 🎤 FACILITATOR BIO: Dana Horstein – Certified Deep Transformational Coach for Women in Midlife at Windhorse Transformational Coaching Dana began her midlife coaching practice after experiencing her own big emotional and spiritual midlife changes, but did not know what was going on or anyone else experiencing the same thing. As a result, she now supports women in midlife from the caring and creative professions with awakening their authentic self, healing, and transformation. Her coaching practice builds on her 20-year career helping adults learn and grow as an English language instructor, teacher trainer, and facilitator for institutions of higher education, non-profits, community organizations, and labor unions. She is dedicated to supporting social justice and is a fierce believer in the healing power of sharing stories in community.
