This Reiki session is created to help calm restlessness, quiet the mind, and prepare your body for deep sleep. You are welcome to either sit comfortably or lie down and relax. Just please make sure you stay in the camera frame throughout the session. You may find yourself falling asleep during the session, and that is exactly the intention. What to Expect: -Gentle Introductions (Name, Where you’re from, What's on your mind?) -Soft Breathwork & Guided Meditation to ease tension and slow the nervous system -A Root & Crown Chakra–focused Reiki session to ground the body and clear the mind of busy thoughts -Once I start the session please be mindful of your peers and remain muted at all times. if you are having technical issues and have to leave and come back, please do so quietly so as to not disrupt the experience for others. -No verbal insights are shared during the session but I will leave any notes in the chat for you to revisit at your convenience
